Staff were super nice and helpful to us, even carrying our luggage into our room for us. Room was spacious with a nice desk for writing our post cards although some of the walls could have used some repairs. It was really nice having a fine restaurant attached to the hotel.
The location, staff, room, breakfast were exceptional. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Lisbon. In addition to 24-hour room service, there's also a 24-hour concierge and 24-hour reception.
